波瀾含みの夏休みが明け、ついに二学期が始まった。なし崩しに藍と澪のふたりと付き合うことになった修一は、熱烈なアプローチに圧倒される毎日を送っていた。そんなある日のこと、彼の所属するテニス部部長の伊達黎子主導によって、月末に開催される学園祭（伏巳祭）への参加が決定する。すったもんだの結果コスプレ喫茶で落ち着いたものの、なんと黎子はその勢いで学生自治会の来期役員選挙に、それも会長候補として打って出ると宣言したのだ。白羽の矢を立てられた修一は大いに悩んだが、黎子をはじめとした部員一同に押し切られる形で立候補を受諾する。 ……しかし、それは彼を襲う騒動の一端に過ぎなかったのだ。修一のクラスに突然の転校生が現れたことで、物語は予想だにしていなかった方向へと転がっていく……。
